Yannick Carrasco, Thomas Lemar and Sime Vrsaljko caused a sensation this week when they arrived in training.
The bad weather which this week struck Spain and its capital gave rise to a funny scene: three executives from Atlético de Madrid going to training in… Fiat Panda.
A Panda from the first series, therefore dating from the 80s, which caused a sensation when Yannick Carrasco, Thomas Lemar and Sime Vrsaljko arrived at the Ciudad Deportiva des Colchoneros.
An accommodating neighbor
For the record, this unusual carpooling session was born out of Yannick Carrasco’s difficulties in getting his own car out of his residence. A neighbor having finally lent him his vehicle so that he could go to training with his teammates.
