Despite the crisis, there are players who remain safe bets in terms of the market. Two Parisians appear in the Top 10 established by the KPMG firm.
The audit firm KPMG publishes this Tuesday the update of its hierarchy of the most “bankable” football players. A Top 10 that gives pride of place to four clubs in particular: the PSG, Manchester city, the Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool, each of these teams having two representatives in the standings.
The boss remains unchanged: Kylian Mbappé, with a bonus of four million compared to February 2021 to reach a valuation of 189 million euros. The Parisian’s first runner-up, 11e only this winter, being none other than his big rival announced for the years to come: the Norwegian from BvB Erling Haaland, valued at 131 million.
Note that the attackers trust this very expensive Top 10, with the exception of the Citizens midfielder Kevin De Bruyne and the defender of the Reds Trent Alexander-Arnold, seventh and eighth (tied) respectively at 113 and 110 million euros.
