According to Foot-Mercato, the Uruguayan striker is still leaving Deportivo La Coruna and will be offered to several French clubs, Girondins of Bordeaux, his former club (2013-2018), but also at RC Lens and atOM.
Recruited in 2018 by the Galician club, Diego Rolan failed to shine in Spain but relaunched last season on loan in Mexico, scoring 8 goals in 21 appearances for FC Juarez. On his return, he had prioritized a return to France, but the transfer for 2 million euros to the Crocs had failed at the last minute.
OM has no money to spend
Always according to Foot-Mercato, Depor, which fell in Spanish D3, now wants to recover € 1.5 million with the sale of Diego Rolan and the latter could therefore rather go to Turkey or the Middle East, especially since his salary is quite high (120,000 gross euros per month).
On the side of Marseille, André Villas-Boas hopes to welcome a new center forward in order to blow Dario Benedetto. The Portuguese coach, however, clarified that OM, after spending 8 million euros on young Brazilian winger Luis Henrique last summer, remained on the lookout to recruit only in the form of a loan.
