Subsequently, their opponents for one night have therefore gradually made up their mark, thanks in particular to the last three quarters won (25-19, 27-18, 30-20). At the end of the third quarter, the two teams were then tied (72-72). From then on, in the last and last period, Nanterre did try to get back in front (79-80, 81-82), but without thus managing to confirm, definitively. To achieve their ends, the Turks thus relied on four men in particular, who all finished more than ten points in the end.
Berhanemeskel’s 20 points weren’t enough
The first of them, namely the American Xavier Munford even finished leading scorer in this meeting (24 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists). Behind, the Turks Oguz Savas (20 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist), off the bench, and Can Maxim Mutaf (19 points, 5 rebounds) and the American Lamar Peters (14 points, 2 rebounds, 7 assists ) were therefore not left out. On the side of Nanterre, they are six to have scored more than ten points, without however managing to offer the final victory to theirs. Indeed, it is the Canadian Johnny Berhanemeskel (20 points, 1 rebound, 7 assists), leading scorer of his team, the Americans Chris Warren (17 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists) and Tyler Stone (16 points , 6 rebounds, 3 assists), of the French Ivan February (13 points, 2 rebounds), off the bench, and Damien Bouquet (10 points, 2 rebounds, 7 assists) and another American, in the person Brian Conklin (10 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist).
