Considered as a contact case, the English players Mount and Chilwell were placed in solitary confinement. The Scotsman Gilmour took 10 days.
European club champions with Chelsea, Ben Chilwell and Mason Mount are uncertain for the match against the Czech Republic on Tuesday evening as part of the third and final day of Group D of Euro 2020.
The English internationals were placed in solitary confinement, judged to be a contact case of the Scotsman Billy Gilmour, their teammate with the Blues, with whom they discussed after the meeting.
Southgate says “there’s still a lot of discussions and investigations going on behind the scenes” before it can be confirmed whether @ masonmount_10 and @BenChilwell will be involved in tomorrow’s game. https://t.co/wShy62ejzU
