After the abandonment of the leader of the general, Jose Ignacio Cornejo, the American, second in the general, is only 51 seconds behind Kevin Benavides. In cars, it was Yazeed Al Rajhi who won this same stage.
Everything is restarted! This Wednesday, the American title holder Ricky Brabec (Honda), won the tenth stage of the Dakar, in the motorcycle category. This is his second victory since the start of the 2021 edition. At the end of this stage run between Neom and Alula and 583 kilometers long, including 342 of special, the leader of the general classification, the Chilean Nacho Cornejo preferred to retire after having crashed.
The new leader, Argentina’s Kevin Benavides (Honda), is just 51 seconds ahead of Brabec.
Note the beautiful day of Frenchman Adrien Van Beveren (Yamaha), who finished seventh on the stage. He took ninth place in the general classification.
