Sources: Big Ten football is back, plans to start season Oct. 24

After more than a month of political wrangling, coach chirping, parent protests, player lawsuits, fan frustration and public outcry, the conference will announce Wednesday it plans to hold a season this fall after all, multiple sources confirmed to the Free Press on Wednesday morning.
