Colazione aiuto?

Ho sedici anni, e la mia colazione è alle sei di mattina e sempre la stessa cioè una tazzona di caffelatte (tazzona perchè è grandina) e cinque fette biscottate. Peró a metà mattina a scuola mi prende una fame assurda ma la robbaccia della macchinetta vorrei evitare di prenderla e le colazioni al bar sono o cornetti o ciacce piene di olio e quindi finisco sempre per non mangiare anche perchè ho disturbi alimentari e dopo mi sentirei in colpa da morire. Mi potete consigliare un po di varianti per la colazione peró senza frutta ne yogurt dato che di prima mattina non mi vanno?

Le varianti sono diverse.
Potresti farti un thè caldo, bere il latte con dei biscotti, mangiare dei pavesini, dei crackers.
La scelta è ampia anche eliminando yogurt e frutta. Dipende da quello che preferisci tu.
