Douleur aux testicules?

Salut a tous.
Je suis un ados de 14... l'année passé mon medecin m'a annoncé la variocele au testicules ... et ma conseille de porter des boxer qui soulevent mes testicule pour ne plus avoir des douleurs ( je portait des calçons avant).... et sa a marché.... je ressend plus rien..
mais aujourd'hui .... surprise... j'ai mal a ma testicule droite quand je marche ( mais rien quand je suis allongé ou assis....y a pas de gonflement ni rien...) et c'est pas la même douleur de la variocele...
Et sa me fait pas mal quand je touche... il y a 1 semaines... un sa***rd ne m'a pas laisser passer au toilette au lycée ... et depuis je ressant comme si l'urine passait a travers le canal relié a ma testicule droite quand j'urine....
La douleur a commencé auhourd'hui matin... j'attend 2 -3 jours ... ou je part direct chez un medecin ?? Sa c'est deja passé avec vous ??
Sa peut être quoi ??

a la fin de chaque douche passe de l'eau glacé sur ton appareil géniale et tes testicules, tes douleurs et probleme vont disparaitre
