Problemas com articulações?

Várias articulações começaram a estalar e fazer ruídos, as vezes doerem um pouco.

Se eu ficar abrindo e fechando a boca, tenho um estalo do lado esquerdo da mandíbula.

Ao virar a cabeça pra direita, ouço um estalinho dentro da minha cabeça...

O que pode estar acontecendo comigo? Sou muito novo, não deveria ter problemas ósseos.

Isso é normal , não é nada , as vezes isso tambem me acontece, é proprio das articulações e as vezes é mesmo o mau jeito que damos ao virar a cabeça ou a comer etc.. :)
